Series SMB RF Coaxial Connector, short for SubMiniature B connector, is a compact, high-performance RF connecting component featuring a convenient push-on locking mechanism. Compliant with MIL-C-39012 and IEC standards, it balances miniaturized size, reliable electrical performance and easy operation, serving as a core interconnection part in medium-to-high frequency RF systems across multiple industries.

With dual impedance options of 50Ω and 75Ω, it supports a working frequency range of DC to 4GHz (up to 10GHz for enhanced models)—50Ω for wireless communication and test systems, 75Ω for video signal transmission. Key parameters are reliable: VSWR is ≤1.30 for straight types and ≤1.35 for right-angle types, contact resistance of inner conductor ≤6.0mΩ and outer conductor ≤1.0mΩ, insulation resistance ≥1000MΩ, ensuring minimal signal attenuation.
Its unique advantages lie in the push-on locking design and miniaturized size. Tool-free, one-click mating and quick release save assembly time, while its compact structure (half the size of SMA connectors) enables high-density PCB layout, ideal for space-constrained equipment. Manufactured with precision processes, it adopts brass housing (nickel or gold-plated), gold-plated beryllium copper contacts and PTFE insulators, withstanding -40℃ to +85℃ (high-temperature models up to 125℃) and 500+ plugging cycles.
Widely applied in wireless communication devices, test instruments, GPS modules, video equipment and industrial control systems, it is usually paired with miniature flexible cables like RG-174 and RG-316.
